The Selekta 253 is a great solution to speed up your assembly process over inserting dowels by hand.  The Selekta can glue and insert 40 dowels a minute, all while metering the glue in each hole and keeping the dowel outstanding consistent.  Instead of having 4 workers gluing and inserting dowels inconsistently, you could have one worker putting out a consistent product, leaving the other 3 workers to be more productive elsewhere in your shop.

The Injecta comes in the Injecta I model with one glue gun or the Injecta II with two glue guns.  Hose length come in 12ft and 20 ft lengths.
