The Index Trend is Gannomat's second generation CNC drilling, gluing and dowel insertion machine. The Pro has the added advantage of incorporating horizontal and vertical drilling units with three to five boring spindles each. Each spindle, both horizontally and vertically, is individually programmable for complete flexibility for your production.

 The Pro is an excellent machine for dowel insertion, machining for RTA fittings, drawer parts, frames, confirmats and all production requiring multiple boring patterns and hole sizes. An additional inserter can also be added for different dowel sizes.

The Vantage is a programmable single 76 spindle drill for fast production of system line holes.  Once Initiated the Vantage will automatically drill up to four lines of holes.  A program is chosen either by entering the program code at the keypad or by barcode.

The Drilling motion is completely controlled hydraulically for a consistent feed speed and chip free boring on most coated panels.  Together with the concept of boring from below, this design center is cleaner, safer and prolongs tooling life.

The DB-21 is a 21 spindle construction boring machine which drills in both the vertical and horizontal directions producing a perfectly aligned pattern of edge and face construction holes. The DB21 has a pneumatic head tilt to go between vertical and horizontal boring. Also this machine comes with four hold down clamps instead of three as shown in the brochure. Line boring is available on this machine as an option.
