The Easy is a single platen clamp and our most affordable clamp. There are multiple pressure settings between 300kg - 2200kg to fit the need for sturdy or delicate work pieces. The Easy can also clamp multiple cases. The Easy has a small footprint for shops with limited space or for shops wanting to deploy two or more clamps.

The ECO is a dual platen clamp and the choice for most shops. The dual platens allow for clamping cases with partitions and fixed shelves along with modular cases as well. With adjustable pressing force from 300kg - 2200kg on both individually controlled beams the ECO gives you the ability to clamp the most sturdy or delicate work pieces.

The Concept Primus 70/90  case clamp is designed for architectural casegoods and other doweled work pieces. This clamp has a maximum pressure of 3500kg and will clamp multiple work pieces with multiple partitions and fixed shelves. The Primus has two options for clamp depth, 700mm and 900mm

The DB-21 is a 21 spindle construction boring machine which drills in both the vertical and horizontal directions producing a perfectly aligned pattern of edge and face construction holes. The DB21 has a pneumatic head tilt to go between vertical and horizontal boring. Also this machine comes with four hold down clamps instead of three as shown in the brochure. Line boring is available on this machine as an option.

Gannomat Express S1 single head for hinges, hinge plates, hinges with plates attached, drawer adjuster brackets, CAM's and RTA's.  The Express S1 has the quickest cycle time of approximately 4 seconds from pressing the start button to inserting a properly aligned hinge or hardware piece.

Gannomat Express S1 also has the advantage of drilling and inserting from the bottom of the work piece saving the finish of the face of your doors.  This also keeps your operators fingers clear of any moving parts.  Gannomat's molds each of there steel dies and magazines to fit your specific hinge or hardware piece so there is never a need to worry about alignment issues.

The Pro has the added advantage of incorporating horizontal and vertical drilling units with three to five boring spindles each. Each spindle, both horizontally and vertically, is individually programmable for complete flexibility for your production.

 The Pro is an excellent machine for dowel insertion, machining for RTA fittings, drawer parts, frames, confirmats and all production requiring multiple boring patterns and hole sizes. An additional inserter can also be added for different dowel sizes.
